Hanshin Tigers at the Koshien Baseball Stadium
Believe it or not, we were able to enter the Stadium –without need for any tickets! Why? There were high school teams playing! It was huge!! What was interesting was that the outside of the building was covered with vines!! I loved the vine-y look.
I thought that we would only be able to stroll on the outside, but not only were we only able to enter the stadium, but we were even allowed entry into the museum (no entrance fees charged but it is closed right now) of the Hanshin Tigers which has their pictures, autographed baseball balls, trophies, and the like.
The Tigers’ omiyage shop made us instant fans!! I really, really, really like the tiger ears they were selling –it comes in pink and their trademark yellow.
