Fukuoka Motor Show 2007 /Dec.7-10
Following Tokyo Motor Show, `Fukuoka Motor Show 2007‘ is to be held soon (Dec.7-10), for the first time in Fukuoka, to focus more on Asian market.
Fukuoka is the largest city in Kyushu Island, having been the gateway to Asian nations for its geographical reason, and now is the mecca of car factories, including Toyota and Nissan.
It is well known that Fukuoka has the second LEXUS factory following Toyota city, and produce LEXUS cars exported overseas. For that reason, Kyushu is called `Car Island’.
Fukuoka Motor Show is held to promote the hope and culture of automobiles, from Kyushu to Asian countries, to offer the opportunity for visitors to experience the wonderful time with cars, and to promote northern Kyushu as the center of car industry.
