Christmas Illumination 2007 Part 2, fountain show @ Canal City Hakata

One of the most popular place in Canal City Hakata, the largest shopping and entertainment mall in Kyushu Island is, SUN PLAZA STAGE, where we can enjoy DANCING WATER SHOW every hour.

Along with the latest music, water dance dramatically.

In the evening, this place completely changes.
The Christmas decoration this year is very fantasic, as we can see Main Christmas tree paper cutout (named `Chandelier of the Forest’) by Tord Boibtje, a designer in Holland. Around the Chandelier of the Forest, sparkling animals almost like Swarowski are there to amuse us.

Not only being fantastic, this Chrismas illumination thinks about environment very seriously, by reducing 40 % of electricity consumption by lighting the main tree from around (IUsually Christmas tree light itselfup, but it consumes a lot of electricity). There’s another solution done to reduce the electricity consumption is to change the tree lights to LED.
