Visiting Yokohama, as it is Japan’s second biggest city and so different from Tokyo , is surely a must when travelling to Japan . And  being in Yokohama you just can’t avoid getting into the biggest china town in Japan . “Chukai” is full of delicious restaurants , chinese shops , and sweets offerings …but …. how do we know where to eat? Everything looks so delicious,  but is it truly good? Or just a tourist trap ? When we went to Yokohama, we received an “insider tipp” from a japanese.  My personal experience says ,that you also have to try out the little restaurants in the tinier streets , and if it doesnt look soo  cozy , doesnt matter , as long as the food tastes good. Another point is , if its full , and with whom . When we got to this restaurant called Yamato it was really  crampted , although its only a tiny little restaurant and the good part was ,there were only japanese .The food was also very delicious !  I recommend you to try this restaurant when going to Yokohama! It serves different chinese dishes , from fish , over meat to vegetables. So how to get there ? You just have to look for Hong Kong street . When facing it entrance just turn auround and take the street behind you . Then you should be able to see it !
