When staying in Nagoya, we had an oppotunity to eat “Motsu Nabe” in “Poporo”. “Motsu nabe” is very popular in Japan and put some parts of pig’s or cow’s small intestine and a lot of vegitable in a big pot. There are many kinds of taste of Motsu nabe(Salty,Soy source or Miso) . The taste of “Poporo” was salty and maybe be put some miso.

Here “Poporo” is very famous and difficult to reserve. We took only this picture .

I am not good at “Motsu nabe” .When I had eaten it once in Tokyo, it was so stinking! But Poporo’s “Motsu Nabe” was great and not stinking . The reason why it’s great is maybe they use only small intestines. I don’t know exactly but anyway it’s good and I could eat!
