Eel-Donburi@Hamana-rake

Hamana-rake is famous for cultivating largest number of eel in Japan. It is recommended that visiting nice restrant for having eel when you come over Hamamatsu-city in Shizuoka-prefecture.

If you are Japanese, you can look for magazine, books, internet, people….etc. Otherwise, it is best way to visit Hamana-rake because there are lots of restaurant that serving delious eel. Most of restaurant serve fresh eel that lives a second ago until you bring them into your mouth.



Auther visited this restaurant and had this eel-jyu(left one that eel on rice). It was perfect!! The right one is soup of eel’s liver that always coming with eel’s menu.
