That is “Minami Aoyama 291” at Minami Aoyama.
You can buy Fukui-ken’s wonderful souvenirs here without visiting Fukui-ken directly!

“Yoshoku” means Western food in Japan. A large number of Western dishes have been introduced to Japan over the centuries. Many of them have become completely Japanized, and these dishes are now called Yoshoku dishes.

Parade is the highlight of this festival, and they walk through busy city-centre area to amuse local people.
