There are many interested authentic souvenir and foods in Kagoshima. I love these. Kagoshima is very far. However, you can get Kagoshima’s authentic souvenir and food easily in Tokyo.

Do you know OKONOMIYAKI? OKONOMIYAKI is so familier with Japanese and Japanese-style pancake containing vegetables and other foodstuff.
Especially I love Hiroshima style OKONOMIYAKI. I recommend the best of Hiroshima style OKONOMIYAKI resutautant “HIROKI” in Tokyo SHIMOKITAZAWA. Please try it!

The Japanese flower series 2(UME :plum).
The flower that represents Japan of February is a plum. I looked at the many plum blossoms in Hanegi Park. I enjoyed the beautiful blossoms and the perfume of blossoms.

“Hitsumabushi” is actually a kind of “Unagi don(Eel rice bowl)” .However, because the way of grill is different from its in other city. Usually “unagi don” is 2 pieces of broiled eels on the top of rice, but “Hitsumabushi” is cut eels in 1cm each.
