Chōfu (調布) is a western suburb of Tokyo, and the main draws are Jindaiji Temple. On the New Year’s day I did “Hatsumoude” to Jindaiji temple, a lovely little area in Chofu-shi. Hatsumoude means New Year’s visits to shrines or temples.
