Holy Resurrection Cathedral, also known as Nicholai-do (ニコライ堂, nikorai-dō?), in Kanda, Tokyo is the main cathedral of the Japanese Orthodox Church. The Cathedral was completed on 8 March 1891, construction having begun seven years earlier.

“Yoshoku” means Western food in Japan. A large number of Western dishes have been introduced to Japan over the centuries. Many of them have become completely Japanized, and these dishes are now called Yoshoku dishes.
