It’s odd that so many Mac users know exactly where the Apple shop in Tokyo’s Ginza district is. Is it not? Most say they have been there, and, after a little more digging reveal their visit was linked to a broken machine.

At least once, likely more times each week, Ginza serves as the backdrop to evening news stories, people being questioned in the street or just to depict ‘typical’ Tokyo life carrying on as normal behind a newscaster trying to make a point.

The 800 m. or so linking Meiji Dori and Aoyama Dori – in Tokyo’s Shibuya district, are linked by many streets, but one stands head and shoulders above the rest: Omotesando.
