 The thin wheat noodles (somen) from Miwa region (三輪そうめん Miwa sōmen) has a long history as old as Nara; the noodles are served either hot or cold.  Senju-tei [池利三輪素麺茶屋　千寿亭] is good!

                                                     Senju-tei is near Otrii (Big gate) of Omiwa jinja.
